STAFF:-We hand-pick our staffs without third party intervention, thereby making sure they meet all your requirements as a client.

We pay our workers directly through our wages system, therefore you do not have to pay them a penny.

STAFF VETTING:- Our workers are properly vetted. We require the following:-

• Written exams to ensure numeracy and understanding of work to be done.
• Oral and English test to ensure that the worker can speak fluently
• Checked references to ensure workers are genuine.
• Production of original identification; eg a passport or drivers license
• Next of kin details are obtained and stored.
• Proof of Address
• Work Permit, that enables a worker to be able to work in the UK.
• Attitude test and practical observation.

David and Albert who started the company; having worked as cleaners, themselves for over ten years in various cleaning companies; saw the inadequacies and failings of large, faceless companies, with  little or no interest in clients needs, took it upon themselves to set up their own; and making sure the customer is always first.
